TLC和HPLC鉴定纯度;经过熔点、红外和质谱鉴定这四种化合物分别为正二十烷、十九烯、4,4′-二甲氧基-2,2′-二甲基联苯和1,3-二二胺-5,6-二氢-7-茴香醚间二氮杂萘,均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
