The result shows that the heterogeneity out of genus and the isomeric in the genus of Phomopsis, prove the rationality of different Phomopsis' morphologic identification from different plants. And the fungi from the same genus plants haven't the relative connection.
结果表明：拟茎点霉属内生真菌种间遗传上的异质性以及种内菌株的遗传同质性，分自同科或同属植物上的不同的种并不具有相似的亲缘关系。
