Methods Trifloxystrobin was synthesized using phthalide as a main starting material,by the reactions of phthalide ring-opening with bis(trichloromethyl) carbonate to give o-chloromethylbenzoyl chloride,cyaniding to give o-chloromethylbenzoyl cyanide,esterifying with methanol,oximating with methoxyaminium chloride,and condensating with 3-(trifluoromethyl) acetopheneone oxime.
方法以苯酞为主要原料,先与双(三氯甲基)碳酸酯(BTC)开环反应生成邻氯甲基苯甲酰氯,再与氰化钠反应得到邻氯甲基苯甲酰氰,甲醇酯化,然后与甲氧基胺盐酸盐肟化,最后与间三氟甲基苯乙酮肟缩合得到肟菌酯。
