The obtained polyvinyl alcohol had the alcoholysis degree of 80.6% when the process conditions of PVA were optimized as followed: alkali content 0.38%,moisture content 1.2%,acid addition time 50 min. And the quality satisfied the requirement of the dispersant KH-20 imported from Japan.
