Studies on the Antimycin抗霉素的研究
Four antimycin components were isolated and purified from the fermentation broth by the combination of silica gel chromatography and high speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC) methods. Application of the Electrospray ionization multistage mass spectrometry,characteristic ion frgments was obtained in the negative mode.
此外实验建立了硅胶层析与高速逆流色谱相结合的现代分离纯化方法,对抗霉素的发酵液进行了分离纯化,并成功的从中分离出四个抗霉素的单一组分。
