There is no evident symptom in neuropathy during early diabetic period. It appeares hypoesthesia, spontaneous pain, muscular hypotonus induced by the change of motor nerve, my-atrophy or palsy and dropping blepharon induced the lesion of cranial nerve, diplopia.
病变早期无明显的症状，随着病程的延长，可出现感觉减退、自发性疼痛、运动神经受累导致肌力减退、肌萎缩或瘫痪和单一颅神经病变导致眼睑下垂、复视等。
