It hydrolyzed efficiently ampicillin and piperacillin. It hydrolyzed penicillins, cefazolin, cefuroxime more efficiently than imipenem, meropenem, cefotaxime and aztreanam.
对氨苄西林和哌拉西林有较强水解作用,对亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢噻肟和氨曲南水解作用不及青霉素类和一代头孢(头孢唑啉)和二代头孢(头孢呋辛),对头孢他啶、头孢吡肟水解作用较弱。
