Objective To investigate the effect and possible mechanism of poly-L-lysine(PL) on promoting chondrogenesis in vitro.

Our research showed:different concentration of TGF-β_1 had different effects in chondrogenesis,10μg/L was the best concentration for chondrogenesis.

Human MSCs regenerated slower in chondrogenesis,and the shape changed gradually,turned to be broad,flat,polygon and multi-branch.
成软骨诱导过程中人MSCs增殖减慢,形态逐渐发生改变,向扁平宽大、多角多分支形态变化。
