On this basis, further test of the croton cream’s acute toxicity studies and weichang’an pill’s acute toxicity test showed that the amount of croton cream in the weichang’an pill is in a very safe dose amount. Meanwhile, the results proved the safety of weichang’an pill and removal of cinnabar will reduce the toxicity of traditional weichang’an pill.
在此基础上,进一步通过巴豆霜的急性毒性试验研究和胃肠安丸小鼠灌胃急性毒性试验研究,表明了巴豆霜在胃肠安丸中的用量是非常安全的剂量,同时也再次验证了胃肠安丸的安全性,并提供了去除朱砂后确有减毒作用的依据。
