After synthesizing all kinds of the synthesis routes of oxandrolone in the home and abroads, the paper establishes and optimizes the synthesis route that the starting material, mestanolone, is suffered with bromination, debromination, oxidation and reducition to obtain oxandrolone according to the principle of brief operation, low-cost and low-contamination.

工艺研究方面，本文综合目前国内外有关合成氧雄龙的各种路线，本着操作简便、成本低廉、对环境污染小的原则，确定并优化了以美雄诺龙为起始原料，经溴化、脱溴、氧化、还原环合四步得到目标物的合成路线。
