The results showed the product purity was greatly enhanced and could be as high as 34.68%. The antioxidative activity of product was not destroyed when tested through antioxidation experiment,which testified the feasibility of using diastase in purification of celery flavonoid.
本次实验探讨出芹菜总黄酮的最佳提取及分离纯化工艺,并首次在纯化环节使用糖化酶,正交试验结果表明:产物纯度大大提高,达34.68%,经抗氧化试验,其抗氧化活性未受到破坏,初步认为糖化酶用于纯化芹菜黄酮是可行的。
