The land use right circulation in Chongqing not only have some common characters, but also other characteristics distinguished other regions, for instance, the grandiosity economic superiority of the westward big develop, the Three Gorge Region scale engineering, land use structures, the difference of landform and physiognomy, and the difference of the folkway and folk-custom, and so on. All of those can powerfully affect land right transfer.

从本次研究来看,重庆市农村土地使用权流转除了具备全国大环境下的流转共性外,还有不同于其他地区的特性,诸如西部大开发宏观经济优势、三峡库区规模工程拉动等地域特色,土地利用结构和地形地貌差异,以及民风民俗产生的流转差异等。
