Animal experiment showed the DM was of remarkably reduce the blood sugar level of hyperglycemic mice with Adrenaline and Tetraoxypyrimidime inducing hyperglycemia (P<0.001) and return the blood sugar of above experimental diabetes mice to normal level. The DM decreasing blood sugar effection was superior to Phenformin (P<0.02). equal to Glyburide (P>0.05). but didn’t have the glycopenic reaction of GlyburideClinical study showed the notable effective rate of decreasing blood sugar in curative group and control group was 63.3%, 23.3% separately.

实验结果表明：该合剂具有显著降低肾上腺素和四氧嘧啶造模动物的血糖（P＜0.001），使血糖恢复正常，其疗效优于降糖灵即苯乙胍（P＜0.02），类似于优降糖（P＞0.05），且无优降糖的低血糖副反应。
