Methods The patients with intracranial arachnoid cyst were treated by adopting simple endoscopic neurosurgery,adjusting optical fiber transits porous channel to the diseased region and selecting adequate output power for operative procedure such as coagulate and hematischesis（5～12W）、gasification and incision（15～30W）.
