Results Patients with traumatic optic neuropathy was the diversity of the performance of visual field defect,May be a fan(28.15%),the center dark spots and dark spots Blind Center (17.65%),diffuse sag(11.76%),concentric narrowing(8.82%),uniocular hemianopia(7.14%), bitemporal hemianopsia(5.88%),both eyes syntropy hemianopsia(3.36%) and irregular-type visual field defect(17.23%).
结果:外伤性视神经病变患者视野缺损呈多样性表现,可出现扇形缺损(28.15%)、中心暗点及盲中心暗点(17.65%)、弥漫性压陷(11.76%)、向心性缩小(8.82%)、单眼偏盲(7.14%)、双颞侧偏盲(5.88%),双眼同向性偏盲(3.36%)及不规则型视野缺损(17.23%)。
