Microscopic study shows that:The groups after operations showed necrosis and hyperplasia in hepatocyte,together with cholangiectasis and cholestasis in portal areas. And the hepatonecrosis were more obvious as the time passing.
光镜下检查显示手术各组均可见肝细胞坏死及增生,汇管区可见胆管扩张、胆汁淤积,肝坏死程度随手术后时间的延长而越发为重。
