The prevalences of male patients were 30.7% for ischemic heart disease, 23.7% for other types of CVD,10.1% for stroke, which were higher than those in female(all p<0.05). The prevalences of male patients were 22.5% for congestive heart failure,22.2% for chronic pulmonary heart disease and other disease of pulmonary circulation,46.8% for hypertension,20.0% for diabetes mellitus,8.7% for lipidemia, which were lower than those in female(all p<0.05).
男性COPD患者缺血性心脏病30.7%、其他类型CVD23.7%、卒中10.1%等合并症患病率较高(p<0.05),而心力衰竭22.5%、肺源性心脏病和肺循环疾病22.2%、高血压病46.8%、糖尿病20.0%、脂蛋白代谢紊乱和其他脂血症8.7%等较女性为低(p<0.05),其他合并症患病率无显著性差异。
