Recently, there have been some reports about TSG101 in medullocell leukaemia、lymphoma、prostatic carcinoma、cancer of the cervix, in spite of different findings, it is certain that TSG101 plays an important role in oncogenesis.
目前在髓细胞白血病，淋巴瘤，前列腺癌，宫颈癌中均有关于TSG101的报道，尽管研究结果不甚一致，但可以肯定TSG101在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用。
