METHODS:Human UCB-MSCs at passage 3 were obtained. When the cell fusion 70 to 80 percent,UCB-MSCs were incubated in high-glucose DMEM containing basic fibroblast growth factor and nicotinamide,and differentiated into islet-like cell clusters.
方法:取传至第3代的人脐带间充质干细胞,待细胞融合至70%～80%后,换用含碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、尼克酰胺的DMEM高糖培养基,向胰岛样细胞诱导分化。
Results:The linear ranges of nicotinamide,vitamin B6,vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 were 100.92~605.52,21.24~127.44,97.88~587.20，42.13~126.38 μg/ml respectively.
结果：烟酰胺、维生素B6、维生素B1、维生素B2分别在100.92~605.52、21.24~127.44、97.88~587.20，42.13~126.38 μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系。
