opisthotonos fetalis胎儿角弓反张
The clinical anifestations including hypertonia of extensor muscles (60.9%), retrocollis or opisthotonos (48.3%), agitation or irritability (47.1%) were more common. There were 21 cases(24.1%) in warning period and 66 cases (75.9%)in spasmodic period.
患儿临床表现以肌张力增高(60.9%)、颈后仰或角弓反张(48.3%),激惹或烦躁(47.1%)多见,有警告期表现21例(24.1%),痉挛期表现66例(75.9%)。
