The results showed that the friction-reducing properties of organo-molybdenum additives are relative to their types and contents in different base oils; and the additives containing sulfur and phosphorus have better friction-reducing effect; the friction-reducing effect becomes well with the dosage increase of additives. In formulation oil, organo-molybdenum additives possess excellent friction-reducing capability at the dosage of 1.0%.
结果表明：基础油中有机钼添加剂的减摩效果与其类型、加剂量有直接的关系，含硫、磷的有机钼添加剂具有更好的减摩效果；随着加剂量的增大，有机钼添加剂的减摩效果随之增加；在成品油中，有机钼添加剂在1.0%加量下，均表现出十分优良的减摩效果。
