Results (1)Ostealgia is the most common symptom of light-chain MM(54.1%). Laboratory features include anemia (73.9%), skeletal lesions (87%), hypercalcemia(21.7%), impaired renal function(43.5%), serum level of globin decreased, monoclonal light chains can not be found by serum protein electrophoresis , but immunofixation electrophoresis can identify the subtypes of MM.

结果 (1)轻链型MM临床症状主要为骨痛 ,实验室检查可有贫血 (73 9% )、骨骼损害 (87% )、血钙增高 (2 1 7% )、蛋白尿 (10 0 % )、肾功能损害 (4 3 5 % )、血清球蛋白水平降低 ,血清蛋白电泳多无阳性发现 ,免疫固定电泳可明确分型。
