The results in-dica ed that pentagastrin stimulates the DNA synthesis of the rat gastric mucosal cell. However the Glc-1-deoxyfru-Trp-Met-Asp-Phe·NH2 which is stronger than pentagastrin in stimulating gastric acid secretion, does not play a significant role in trophic effect.
实验结果表明五肽胃泌素对胃粘膜细胞DNA合成有明显促进作用,而泌酸活性比五肽胃泌素还强的葡萄糖-1-脱氧果糖四肽却没有这种作用。
