In the thesis, Gas chromatography flamed iron detector (GC-FID), Gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) were mainly used to determine the components character combining retention time with specific ion, including normal alkanes (including pristine and phytane), Naphthalene, Dibenzothiophene, Fluorene, Phenanthrene, Chrysene and their alkyl PAHs,, terpane-sterane biomakers.

本论文将运用GC-FID、GC/MS采用保留时间与特征离子相结合的方法,对油品的正构烷烃(含植烷、姥鲛烷)、萘、菲、芴、二苯并噻吩、屈及其烷基化系列多环芳烃、甾萜类生物标志物进行定性;同时采用内标定量法,对其组分进行定量。
