Method: With index of pulegone,HPLC was used to determine the content of pulegone in Schizonepetae Herba after decoction time of 5,10,20,30 and 45 minutes under given chromatographic condition.
方法:以胡薄荷酮为考察指标,采用高效液相色谱法在给定的色谱条件下测定荆芥饮片煎煮5,10,20,30,45 min后水煎液中胡薄荷酮的含量。
