Results The participant of the study was 398 Korean children. Caries rate was 63.1%(all was 1.9), gingivitis prevalence was 69.3%, malocclusion prevalence was 58.9%, brushing rate was 66.4%, the correct brushing method rate was 92.2%, choosing the healthy toothbrush was 58.6% and choosing fluoride toothpaste was 42.5%; regular mouth examination, anticaries fissure sealant and clean governance were respectively, 21.6%, 7.3% and 11.3%; 37.8% of the students had bad mouth hygiene habits to eat sweets before going to sleep; 28.8% thought that fissure sealant can prevent caries, and 22.6% believed that fluoride can be the prevention of dental caries.
