The suitable spinning parameters are: temperature 300~306℃, N2 pressure 1.0~1.8MPa, take-up rate 250~450rpm. Under these conditions, trilobal pitch fibers could be obtained with Edo 25~35μm and Dp 0.55~0.60.
合适纺丝工艺为:温度300～306℃、压力1.0～1.8MPa、收丝速率250～450rpm,可得到当量直径为25～35μm、异形度为0.55～0.60的三叶形载银沥青纤维。
