Appearance morphology,microstructure and physiology properties of vetrification shoots of netted melon were studied. After the end of the second subculture,vitrification shoots were taken for the observation of the appearance morphology,make paraffin sections and determination of the related physiology properties.
为研究网纹甜瓜离体快繁过程中玻璃化苗的外观形态、显微结构及生理特性,在第2次继代培养结束时,取玻璃苗观察外观形态并做石蜡切片,同时测定其相关生理指标。
