With egg yelk as raw material, extracted by aquiferous ethanol and aether, removing water and oil by acetone, we gain phospholipids mixture, and search the extracting conditions. The optimum condition is determined:extractingtemperature(20),time(60mins),solvent(92%ethanol),solvent quantity (12 times of the yelk), at which yield is highest; using thinlayer chromatography to measure its component, the content of phosphatidylcholine extend to 68.2%.
本文以鸡蛋的卵黄为原料，采用含水乙醇与乙醚提取，通过丙酮脱水去油，得到粗品卵磷脂；并对提取条件进行了优化研究，结果表明：提取时间60分钟，用92％乙醇，加入含水乙醇是蛋黄重的12倍，在20℃时，卵磷脂收率最高；采用薄层扫描法定量检测，所得粗品卵磷脂的纯度高达68.2％。
